The Pantry Base
It’s more than a seasoning mix
This is the foundation behind several of my homemade meal kits.
Making one large batch means several dinners are already halfway finished.
Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup cornstarch
- ½ cup homemade bouillon
- 2 Tbsp onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
Mix together and store airtight.
Use ½ cup per pound of meat in Homestead Helper recipes.
Keep It Handy
Store in mason jars for quick meal prep.
