From My Kitchen
Convenience meals don’t have to come from a box. One of my favorite parts of building a pantry is creating homemade versions of the foods my family already enjoys. This mix gives us all the convenience of a quick weeknight dinner while using ingredients I chose myself.
I like spending one afternoon every few months making several meal mixes at once. Once they’re tucked into mason jars on the shelf, dinner feels so much less overwhelming. On the busiest evenings, all I need is a pound of ground beef and a few pantry staples, and supper is practically finished before I know it.
